Thomas Gebendorfer

Thomas Gebendorfer is currently a Dual Student in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at Airbus Defence and Space, where comprehensive knowledge and practical skills have been acquired since September 2021. As a Volleyball Coach at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt since February 2024 and a Scholarship Holder with the Hanns Seidel Foundation since October 2022, Thomas has developed professionally while engaging in social and charitable projects. Experience as a Trainee at Airbus OneWeb Satellites involved pioneering the Intelligent Robotic Inspection System (IRIS) project, programming a KUKA robotic arm for satellite inspections. Previous roles include a Student Research Assistant focused on electric vehicle accumulators and an aeronautical engineering internship at Airbus Defence and Space. Thomas is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Information Technology at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt, expected to complete in February 2025, after completing Abitur at Gabelsberger Gymnasium Mainburg in July 2021.
