Victor Hagemann

Victor Hagemann has extensive experience in project management and international relations, currently serving as the Head of Project Office and Country Representative for Bolivia at Hanns Seidel Foundation since August 2018. Previous roles include Deputy Head of Division (MENA) and Project Coordinator for East Africa at the same organization. Additionally, Victor gained experience as a Working Student at KfW, where involvement included contract management and project assistance within the South Asia division. A brief internship at the German Foreign Office in Taiwan focused on political, economic, and consular projects. Early career experiences include a dual-student role at Airbus Group, working in areas such as navigation application engineering and environmental simulations, as well as an internship at EuroCryospace. Victor holds a Master of Arts in International Relations/Peace and Conflict Studies from Goethe University Frankfurt and a Bachelor of Engineering in Business Administration and Engineering from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
