Sarah is an Associate at Hanold Associates where she specializes in recruiting HR executives and Diversity and Inclusion officers with a passion for mission-driven and philanthropic organizations.
Prior to joining Hanold Associates, Sarah worked as a Corps Member with Teach For America and taught in a Head Start preschool classroom in the West Englewood community of Chicago.
Sarah graduated with a Master of Science in early childhood education from Erikson Institute. Before that, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science with a concentration in faith, peace and justice from Boston College. While at Boston College, she was a two-time orientation leader for incoming freshmen, served as the president of Best Buddies and completed the Boston Marathon.
Sarah lives in Chicago and is passionate about giving back to local communities. She often spends weekends volunteering with the organization Top Box Foods, delivering healthy and affordable food to people living in Chicago’s food deserts. She enjoys staying active, whether it is running, sailing or competitive baking challenges with her large family.
