Jessica Olinskas

Jessica Olinskas is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Hanon Systems since March 2018, Jessica has been a key point of contact for over 400 employees, addressing inquiries related to benefits, policies, and payroll. Previous roles include Corporate Recruiter, where Jessica successfully led the recruitment process for 50 positions, and HR Analyst for North America and Europe R&D. Earlier experience includes positions at AD Transport Express, Country Peas, Goodwill Industries, and Diane Peppler Resource Center, encompassing full-cycle recruiting, employee onboarding, and support for rehabilitation programs. Jessica holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Social Work from Lake Superior State University.
