Scott Willis

Scott Willis is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in business development and leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of SBA Business Development at Hanover Bank since February 2023, Scott previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development at CapStar Bank from December 2021 to February 2023 and served as Vice President of Business Development at Heritage Southeast Bank from June 2016 to December 2021. Additionally, Scott contributed to community organizations as Chairman of the Board for Newton County Community Partnerships and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Covington Regional Airport Authority. Other significant positions include roles in commercial banking at Fidelity Bank, advising at Raymond James Financial, and serving as Market President at First Century Bank.
