Francesca D. Jones

Francesca D. Jones currently serves as the HR Compensation and Compliance Officer at Hanover County Public Schools since June 2021. Prior to this role, Francesca held the position of Director of Human Resources at The Faison Center from January 2005 to June 2021 and worked as an Administrative Assistant at KBR, Inc. from 2004 to 2005. Francesca D. Jones holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Richmond (2016-2018), a Master of Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University (2005-2009), and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Brandeis University (1997-2001), as well as completing secondary education at New Canaan High School (1993-1997).
