Caren says it is her privilege to serve in a unique role at Hanover. Since joining the company in 2012, her focus has been to use her 25 years of business experience to help their company grow and thrive. As a strategic advisor for Hanover, she manages projects that are cross-functional in nature or live in the gray space between different functions or departments. She strives to help the company continuously improve product quality and project delivery, foster the development of their talent, and drive organizational efficiency. At a senior leadership level, she facilitates executive meetings so that each one of their interactions is meaningful and productive.

She says her position is not only unique to Hanover, but it is also fairly rare in general. It is not often that a company has the willingness to offer a position like hers, whose sole focus is to make things work better.
