Dennis Dourgarian

Dennis Dourgarian has extensive experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on corporate finance, accounting, and back-office operations. Dennis has served in various leadership roles throughout their career. Dennis was the Chief Financial Officer for Hanover Research since December 2020. Before that, they worked as an Independent Consultant from April 2019 to December 2020, where they provided financial planning and analysis, technical accounting expertise, and M&A due diligence and integration services to corporations in various industries. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Accounting Officer at BroadSoft, a cloud PBX and unified communication software solutions company, from March 2003 to March 2019. Dennis played a significant role in the company's growth, from being a venture capital backed private company to a publicly traded company with international operations. Dennis also served as the Chief Financial Officer for Surety, a privately held security software and services company, from May 2001 to March 2003, where they not only managed accounting and financial planning but also directed HR, legal, and facilities functions. Earlier in their career, they worked at Axent Technologies in various finance roles, starting as an intern and eventually becoming the Director of Finance.
