Mary Kate Taylor

Mary Kate Taylor currently serves as Principal Director of K-12 Education at Hanover Research, having progressed through roles as Senior Director and Relationship Director since July 2018. In this position, Mary Kate focuses on building strong relationships with K-12 members by leveraging deep institutional knowledge to understand their specific needs and proposing tailored research and professional development solutions. Prior to Hanover Research, Mary Kate was a first-grade teacher and later a third-grade teacher at Fairfax County Public Schools from August 2013 to July 2018, gaining valuable experience in diverse classroom settings, including Title 1 and special education inclusion. Mary Kate holds a Master of Teaching in Elementary Education and a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature, both from the University of Virginia.
