Paul Gibson

Paul Gibson holds a Doctor of Philosophy in History from the University of Maryland and has extensive experience in higher education research. Since January 2014, Paul has served as Managing Director of Higher Education Research at Hanover Research, leading a business unit with approximately $20 million in annual revenue and overseeing a team dedicated to providing custom and syndicated research to around 400 higher education institutions. Previous roles at Hanover include Managing Director of Qualitative Research and Senior Director, where Paul managed client relations, directed research teams, and facilitated professional development. In addition to research roles, Paul has taught at various institutions, including the National Labor College and the University of Maryland, covering topics such as quantitative research methodology and labor history.
