Lori Blonder is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in asset management and commercial real estate underwriting. Currently serving as a Senior Asset Manager at Hanover Street Capital since February 2019, Lori previously held the position of Senior Vice President at Santander Bank, N.A. from October 2010 to July 2018. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Vice President-Managing Director at Capmark and Senior Commercial Real Estate Underwriter as a Consultant. Early career positions include Associate/Senior Commercial Real Estate Underwriter at Paine Webber Real Estate Securities and Vice President/Asset Manager at California Federal Bank. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business, obtained in 1986.
