Hanover Township
Kristin Arciola Vana serves as the Assistant Township Administrator and Mental Health Board Manager for Hanover Township since August 2012, providing professional management and administrative support to the Mental Health Board, which allocates $1 million annually for mental health, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse initiatives. Responsibilities include managing grants for over 30 organizations and 45 programs, as well as serving as an Intake Specialist, screening clients for benefits and providing advocacy. Previously, Kristin held the position of Certified Nursing Assistant/Administrative Assistant at Hanover Township from March 2010 to May 2012, where tasks included coordinating wellness clinics and maintaining educational materials. Kristin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Roosevelt University and a Graduate Certificate in Public Management from Northern Illinois University.
