Wesley Stiles, MSSL, PHR, currently serves as the Plant Human Resources Manager for the Southeast region at Häns Kissle since June 2023. Prior to this role, Wesley worked as a Human Resources Generalist focusing on Employee Relations at Daimler Trucks North America from September 2021 to June 2023. Wesley's extensive background includes leadership positions at CaroMont Health as Director and Manager of Environmental Services from May 2015 to July 2021, and as a recruiter for the NC Army National Guard from June 2006 to May 2015, developing recruiting plans and managing candidate quality. Wesley has also held the position of Recruiting Manager for the United States Army, overseeing a team of recruiters, and served as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, managing personnel and training operations. Education includes a Masters of Science in Strategic Leadership from Mountain State University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Gardner Webb University.
