Kirstine Rask Lauridsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic development across various organizations. Currently serving as a board member at WeShelter since March 2023, Kirstine contributes to improving conditions for the homeless and socially vulnerable. As the Head of Market Development and Communication at Hans Knudsen Instituttet since October 2022, Kirstine is responsible for sales and product development, as well as identifying new growth areas aligned with company strategy. Kirstine previously led Havhøst as Chairperson, transforming it into a well-established organization with over four employees and substantial funding. Kirstine’s prior roles include significant positions in policy and health sectors at Operate A/S and Dansk Sygeplejeråd, as well as contributions to Cevea and the Danish Ministry of Health and Elderly Affairs. Kirstine holds multiple degrees from esteemed institutions, including a Master's in Political Science from Aarhus University and various postgraduate diplomas from Copenhagen Business School.
