Joiada Mabasa Rivera

Joiada Mabasa Rivera has a strong background in marketing and administration. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Call Centre Supervisor at Teleperformance, where they supervised a team, exceeded sales targets, and reduced attrition. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Senior Customer Care Executive at Betterhomes LLC, handling various client concerns. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Marketing and Property Assistant at Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate, where they executed campaigns and obtained sponsorship. They then returned to Betterhomes LLC from 2012 to 2018, holding positions such as Assistant Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator/Assistant, where they achieved significant results in rebranding, website development, and social media engagement. Currently, Joiada holds the position of Marketing Action Manager at Hansa Biopharma since 2021.

Joiada Mabasa Rivera completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Central Luzon State University. This degree was obtained from 2001 to 2005. In 2016, Rivera received a Diploma in Digital Marketing from Shaw Academy.

In the year 2020, Rivera obtained certifications in Administrative Professional Foundations, Scrum: The Basics, and Google Ads (AdWords) Essential Training, all from LinkedIn.
