Cato Johnsen

Cato Johnsen currently serves as the Director of Supply and Operations Planning (S&OP) at Hansa Borg & Solera Norge, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this role, Cato accumulated extensive experience within Hansa Borg Bryggerier AS over a span of more than three decades, progressing from positions such as Lagerarbeider and Lagerleder to supply chain-focused roles including Supply Chain Manager and Direktør Supply Chain. Cato’s expertise encompasses the planning and development of supply chains, production, procurement, and distribution. Cato holds a master's degree in Identity and Brand Building from BI Norwegian Business School.
