Xingmei Zhang

Xingmei Zhang has a strong background in biopharma and academia. In 2011, they started their career at Karolinska Institutet as a Postdoc, where they conducted research until 2014. Xingmei then became an Assistant Professor from 2015 to 2018, before transitioning to an affiliated Assistant Professor role until present. In 2018, Xingmei joined Hansa Biopharma as a Principal Scientist, contributing their expertise until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Global Franchise Program Lead at Hansa Biopharma.

Xingmei Zhang completed a PhD in neurodegeneration and neuroinflammation from Karolinska Institutet, where they studied from 2004 to 2010.
