Sawsan Soukieh

Sawsan Soukieh currently works as an IRA Operation Support at Hanscom Federal Credit Union since December 2024. Previously, Sawsan served as a Member Service Representative at St. Mary's Credit Union from October 2022 to May 2024, and as Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager at Ascendia Bank from September 2018 to September 2022, where responsibilities included retail knowledge, administration, training, and enhancing customer experience. Prior to that, Sawsan held the same title at M&T Bank from November 2015 to January 2018, focusing on customer care and branch management. Sawsan's banking career began at Hudson City Savings Bank, where roles included Branch Manager/Assistant Secretary, Assistant Branch Manager, Customer Service Representative, and Bank Teller/Head Teller, contributing to staff training and day-to-day operations. Sawsan earned a Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language and Literature with a minor in Social Studies from Damascus University and completed studies at the Center for Financial Training CFT between 2002 and 2009.
