Sean Kiley

Sean Kiley has extensive experience in risk management and compliance, spanning over 20 years. Sean is currently the Senior Vice President of Risk Management at Hanscom Federal Credit Union, where they have been since September 2018. In this role, they are responsible for leading the credit union's Risk Management Program, Compliance Program, and Vendor Management Program.

Prior to joining Hanscom Federal Credit Union, Sean worked at Cognition Financial as the Director of Enterprise Risk Management from January 2011 to January 2018.

Before that, they held various roles at KeyBank from November 2000 to August 2011. These roles include Vice President of Operational Risk and Control and Vice President of Private Loan Origination.
