Brian Cho has worked in the corporate world since 1997. Brian began their career at Target as a Team Leader, where they supervised various areas of store operations and ensured guests had the best possible shopping experience. In 2010, they moved to HansemEZUserGuide as a Marketing & Vendor Management Team Leader. In 2011, they joined Hansem Global as Director of the US Office and Head of the Language Services Division. In this role, they managed successful operation of cross-functional teams, international sales teams, localization project managers, vendor managers, and linguistic QA specialists. Brian was also responsible for overseeing international account management, global language vendor networks, vetting, negotiation, contracting, language operations, staff planning, setting up operational strategy, and managing cross-functional teams. In 2013, they were promoted to Overseas Sales & Global Operation General Manager, where they managed cross-functional teams for language services operation.

Brian Cho's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton from 2001 to 2004, an Associate in Science in Engineering from Saddleback College from 1997 to 2001, a certification in Localization & Project Management from California State University, Chico in 2010, a certification in Quality Control and Management from the Korean Standards Association in 2011, a certification in Leadership Development from the Korea Productivity Center in 2010, and a workshop in CS and Communication Skill Development in 2010. In addition, Brian Cho has obtained certifications in Machine Translation Post Editing and Machine Translation for Project Manager from TAUS in 2017, Accounts, Data Quality, Leads, Localization & Project Management, Salesforce CPQ Basics, and Salesforce User Basics from Salesforce Trailhead.
