Kathryn Floor

Kathryn Floor is a Water Resource Specialist at Hansen, Allen & Luce, Inc., having joined the company in February 2023. Previously, Kathryn served as a Transportation/Environmental Planner at AECOM from February 2021 to February 2023 and worked as a NEPA Planner at Jacobs between September 2019 and February 2021. Kathryn's professional journey began with an internship as a Lab Intern at Monterey One Water in late 2014. Kathryn earned a Master's of Science in Environmental Engineering with a focus on Water Systems from the University of California, Riverside, and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from California State University, Monterey Bay.
