Kayson Shurtz P.e.

Kayson Shurtz, P.E. is a skilled civil engineer with extensive experience in stormwater management and hydraulic engineering. Kayson has been with Hansen, Allen & Luce, Inc. since May 2015, specializing in storm drain design and modeling using Storm and Sanitary Analysis. Prior to this role, Kayson worked as a hydraulic engineer at WEST Consultants, Inc. from April 2010 to April 2015, where involvement included hydrologic studies, reservoir modeling, and floodplain mapping. Kayson's career began with hands-on experience as a civil engineering intern for the United States Forest Service from May 2006 to August 2008, earning a crew captain position in the final summer. Kayson holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University, completed in 2009 and 2008, respectively.
