Penny van Horn Dennis

Penny Van Horn Dennis has extensive experience in the construction and financial industries. Penny Van Horn began their career at Turner Construction in 2000 as a Design/Build Manager and later worked at McAlvain Group of Companies as the Vice President of Design/Build. In 2011, they transitioned to Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor before joining Engineered Structures, Inc. as a Preconstruction Manager in 2013. From 2016 to 2023, Penny worked at Layton Construction as a Business Development Manager, focusing on building relationships and delivering high-quality projects. Currently, they are the Director of Design and Engineering at Hansen-Rice, Inc., overseeing facility solutions in various market segments.

Penny Van Horn Dennis completed their undergraduate studies at Miami University from 1990 to 1994, earning a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at the University of Houston, where they completed their Master's degree in Architecture from 1995 to 1997.
