Kim Balsløv

Kim Balsløv serves as the Head of Research at Hansen Toft since October 2024, leading a team of 14 employees with a focus on daily collaboration and a positive work environment. Kim is an Advisory Board Member at Akademikernes A-kasse and Syddansk Universitet for the Environmental Engineering program. Formerly, Kim held the position of Director, Head of Talent Acquisition & Onboarding at Nature Energy, where the responsibility included creating a talent acquisition strategy. Other notable roles include Project Manager at MARLOG, Talent Acquisition Manager at Universal Robots A/S and A.P. Moller - Maersk, and Recruitment Consultant at Jobteam. Kim holds a Cand. Merc. Int. Marketing degree from Syddansk Universitet and is pursuing a Diploma of Education in Organizational Leadership at Copenhagen Business Academy.
