Anoja Dillithasan

Anoja Dillithasan is currently working as a Referentin in the Abteilung Planung und Reporting at HanseWerk-Gruppe since April 2021. Prior to this, Anoja was a Werkstudentin im IT-Bereich at Hermes Germany GmbH from April 2020 to March 2021, where Anoja was involved in the digitalization of HR processes. Anoja also worked as a Werkstudentin in Unternehmensberatung at a freiberufliche Unternehmensberatung, focusing on a strategy project for the digitalization of a insurance company. Furthermore, Anoja completed their Bachelor's degree at Aldra Fenster und Türen GmbH, where Anoja wrote their thesis on process optimization through restructuring transport rack management. Anoja has a strong background in process optimization, digitalization, and change management.
