Manfred Tannen-Floto has a work experience spanning over several years in the field of human resources. Manfred started their career in 1996 as an HR-Manager at Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetränke AG, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, they joined Rosen Eiskrem GmbH as an HR-Manager for a brief period before becoming the Head of Human Resources at HanseYachts AG, where they currently hold a position.
