Joachim Adler

Joachim Adler currently serves as Team Lead for HCM Solutions and Global Project Lead at Hansgrohe Group since April 2024, focusing on the global transformation of HR through the rollout of Success Factors, implementation of new tools, and the establishment of new organizational structures. Previously, Joachim Adler held the position of Head of Department for HR Applications at Endress+Hauser Gruppe from July 2016 to April 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Team Lead at Ciber from April 2010 to June 2016 and as an HCM Consultant at Scheer GmbH from April 2007 to March 2010. Joachim Adler obtained a degree in Dipl. Wirtschaftsingenieur from FH Offenburg between 2003 and 2007.
