Arnett Shen

Arnett Shen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Arnett is currently working as a Presales Engineer at Hanshow, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, Arnett worked as a Consultant at InternetFM from March 2021 to September 2022. In this role, they collaborated with the founders to develop go-to-market and marketing strategies, conducted competitor research and market trend analysis, and implemented successful Facebook ad campaigns for the InternetFM app. Additionally, Arnett identified the target demographic for the app and spearheaded the development of in-app tutorials and walkthroughs to enhance user experience.

Before their time at InternetFM, Arnett co-founded Skyflair in October 2017. As a co-owner, they played a key role in creating the company's overall strategy, marketing campaigns, sales, operations, business model innovations, and talent development. Notably, Arnett led a marketing initiative for a luxury real estate firm, coordinating content creation and hiring social media managers and blog writers to drive sales in the Chicagoland area.

Arnett also gained experience as a Staff Accountant at Meaden & Moore from August 2015 to October 2017. In this role, they provided forensic accounting and litigation services for numerous case files, resulting in substantial savings. Arnett supervised and trained staff members and interns, contributing to the production of value-added analysis for a $42 million insurance claim.

Furthermore, Arnett interned at BASF as a Finance Intern in 2014 and at K&L Consulting Services, Inc. as a Consulting Intern in 2013.

Arnett Shen pursued their education in a sequential manner. Arnett completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Chicago from 2010 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they completed from 2013 to 2015.

In 2018, Arnett Shen enrolled in the Tsinghua-MIT Global MBA Program at Tsinghua University, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2018 to 2020. During the same period, they also completed the MIT Global MBA Program at MIT Sloan School of Management, further specializing in their field of study.

In 2020, Arnett Shen attended HEC Paris and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Arnett then went on to acquire additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in areas such as Organizational Design and Management from Coursera, which they obtained in April 2021, and Marketing Through Social Media, also from Coursera, obtained in February 2021.

In their pursuit of further education, Arnett Shen is currently enrolled in Qwasar Silicon Valley for Computer Software Engineering. The specific start and end years are not provided, indicating that they are currently pursuing this field.

Apart from their formal education, Arnett Shen obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Illinois Board of Examiners in September 2016.
