Luis Llimos has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Luis began as an Associate at Heidrick & Struggles in 2002 and later moved on to roles such as International Controller and Manager at BMM & ICA, International Manager at Terminal de Contenedores de Barcelona, and CFO at Coca Cola - Cavibel. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as the CFO for the AJE Group, where they focused on international projects analysis, franchise development, and new business management. Luis then joined Tanzania Portland Cement Company - Heidelberg Cement Group as the CFO from 2015 to 2018. After that, they served as the CFO for different clusters within Heidelberg Cement, including Cluster East, South and Central Africa, and Morocco, Mauritania & Cluster East Africa.
