Cara Compesi

Cara Compesi is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in firm strategy and practice development. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Firm Strategy & Practice Development at Hanson Bridgett LLP since January 2018, Cara has held various roles including Firm Strategy and Planning Manager, Professional Development Specialist, and Professional Development Coordinator. Previous experience includes positions as a Law Clerk at Rhodes & Co. and Stahancyk, Kent & Hook P.C., and a Judicial Extern to Hon. Catherine Shaffer at King County Superior Court. Cara's early career included teaching fourth and fifth grades at Aptitúd Community Academy and involvement as a Corps Member with Teach For America, where an excellence in teaching nomination was received.
