Dylan Ochoa

Dylan is a Law Clerk in the Firm's Construction Section. His experience includes researching and drafting litigation documents in complex construction disputes concerning construction defects, scheduling delays and impacts, and design errors and omissions. He is also experienced with drafting pretrial motions, initial pleadings, and conducting various discovery-related tasks.

Dylan earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin where he served as Senior Symposium Editor for the Wisconsin Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Dylan earned his B.A. in Political Science and Public Policy from the University of Redlands.

Dylan's admission to the State Bar of California is pending and he is supervised by principals of the Firm.
