Erika Hattenhauer has over two decades of experience in legal and human resources environments, currently serving as the Director of Talent, Engagement & Compliance at Hanson Bridgett LLP since October 1999. In previous roles at Hanson Bridgett LLP, Erika has held various leadership positions, including Director of Legal Support Services in both the Human Resources and Information Technology Departments, IT Client Services Manager, Secretarial Manager, User Support Manager, Software Trainer, and Help Desk Analyst. Prior to joining Hanson Bridgett LLP, Erika worked as a Legal Secretary at Wilke, Fleury, Hoffelt, Gould & Birney from February 1993 to September 1999.
