Nancy Hilu

Nancy Hilu is a Partner in Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation at Hanson Bridgett LLP since June 2015, providing legal counsel to public and private employers on retirement plan compliance, including defined benefit and various 401(k) plans. Prior experience includes serving as Of Counsel at Ballard Spahr LLP and Senior Counsel at Hanson Bridgett, where Nancy advised diverse organizations on retirement plans and compliance issues. Earlier roles at Ernst & Young involved guidance on tax regulations related to executive compensation and global stock offerings. Academically, Nancy holds an LL.M. in Tax from the University of Washington School of Law, a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, and a B.A. in Political Science and History from UCLA.
