Rob Ardoin

Rob Ardoin, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning at Hanson Professional Services Inc. since July 2017, with prior experience as an HR Manager. Before this role, Rob worked at H. D. Smith from May 2013 to July 2017, holding various positions including Human Resources Business Partner, Strategic Implementation Team member, and Learning and Development Specialist. Rob began a career in human resources at Memorial Medical Center as a Recruiter from July 2010 to May 2013 and previously contributed as a Senior Corporate Trainer and Recruiting/Operations Partner at Keepers, Inc., which specializes in staffing across various sectors since February 2006. Rob's early career included a role as Store Manager at Smithsonian Business Ventures from January 2003 to February 2006. Rob holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Marymount University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from Loyola University New Orleans.
