David Cai

David Cai is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the System Account Director at Hantele Co. LLC since October 2008, where responsibilities include new market development and collaboration with channel partners and system integrators. Prior experience includes positions as a project manager at Alcatel-Lucent from June 2005 to April 2008, focusing on projects for Chinese wireless operators and the Guangzhou metro, as well as a project manager role at Nortel Networks from November 1999 to August 2005, managing projects for major Chinese wireless operators such as CMCC and CUTC.
