Roman Glen is an experienced manufacturing engineer with a robust background in the aerospace and defense industries. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer at EDAC Technologies since July 2017, Roman leads process and project development for parts used in space and aerospace applications. Previous roles include Senior Manufacturing Engineer positions at Cambridge Specialty Company, Inc. and SPX Precision Components, where responsibilities included defining manufacturing processes for critical flight safety components and utilizing industry-standard software such as Job Boss, Solidworks, and Glovia MRP. Roman also has experience as a Manufacturing Engineer at Sterling Machine, Senior Operations LLC, and as a Sales Engineer/Process Engineer at Pegasus Manufacturing, Inc. Additionally, Roman served in the US Navy as a Chief Petty Officer Steelworker (Seabees), demonstrating leadership and specialized skills during nearly 16 years of service. Education includes studies at the University of Central Connecticut and CT State Tunxis.
