Rizki Romadona has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. They joined Hanwha Life Insurance Indonesia in 2021 as the Head of Unit Agency & Partner Benefit until October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Commonwealth Life from 2010 to 2021, holding roles such as Unit Head Benefit & Remuneration Management and Reporting & Database. Currently, Rizki holds the position of Head of Department Remuneration Budget & Renewal cum Head of Department Office & Partner Support at Hanwha Life Insurance Indonesia, starting from December 2022.
Rizki Romadona attended and completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at Universitas Esa Unggul from 2001 to 2005.
