Santi Jaya has extensive experience in the insurance and business development sectors, currently serving as the Head of Employee Benefit at Hanwha Life Insurance Indonesia since January 2016. Prior roles include Account Manager at Reliance General Insurance and Account Executive at Avrist Assurance, showcasing a strong background in account management and client relations. Santi's career began in marketing and customer service, with earlier positions such as Business Development Manager at CV Ellyndo and HCS Specialist at IDS Medical Systems. Santi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the People and a Diploma of Education from LSPR Communication and Business Institute, complemented by a high school diploma in Accounting.
