Tito Setiawan

Tito Setiawan currently serves as the Head of Center of Excellence at Hanwha Life Indonesia since April 2025. Previously, Tito held the position of Chief Technology Officer at OONA Insurance Indonesia from March 2023 to April 2025 and was VP - Head of IT Transformation at Sun Life from March 2019 to February 2023. Tito also worked as the Head of IT System Development at FWD Insurance from August 2016 to February 2019, focusing on leading software development teams to create innovative solutions and implementing strategies to enhance service quality. Earlier, Tito was the Head of Distribution Platform at AIA Financial for a brief period in mid-2016. Tito holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universitas Padjaran, obtained between January 1996 and January 2000.
