Ramy Ayad

Ramy Ayad has a diverse and extensive work experience in product management and technical support roles. From 2004 to 2010, they worked at Infinova, initially as an Application and Technical Support Engineer and later as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, where they were responsible for testing new firmware and hardware and identifying bugs. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Panasonic PSCNA as a Product Engineer and Solutions Engineer, where they collaborated with product managers and sales teams to develop business solutions and managed the solution development process. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at Hanwha Techwin America, initially as a Senior Product Manager and later as a Product Manager, responsible for conducting market research, driving product planning processes, and managing product life cycles. In 2020, they also briefly worked at Legrand AV as a Product Manager. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Product Management at Hanwha Vision America, a position they have held since 2021.

Ramy Ayad obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2010. Prior to this, they completed their BSEE in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering at Alexandria University from 1999 to 2003.
