Jukka Haapalainen

Jukka Haapalainen serves as the Maajohtaja | Cluster President for Finland at HANZA Group since March 2025, while also holding board positions at Mecaplan Oy and Sah-Ko Oy since April 2019 and March 2020, respectively. Previously, Jukka was the Toimitusjohtaja | CEO of Leden Group Oy from July 2023 to March 2025 and the Executive VP for Industrial Production at Lehto Group Oyj from August 2019 to July 2023. Additional experience includes roles as Site Manager and Managing Director at Eastman Chemical Company - Taminco Finland Oy from September 2014 to April 2019, and Operative Director at Nestor Cables Ltd. from February 2008 to August 2014. Early career positions involved quality and R&D roles at Draka Communications and an R&D Engineer position at JOT Automation Inc. Jukka earned a degree from the University of Oulu, where studies took place from 1996 to 2000.
