Nicholas Szczepura

Nicholas Szczepura has been working in the software development field since 2021. In 2021, they were employed at Hoene Holdings LLC as a Software Developer, where they developed and optimized an automated trading and backtesting suite, designed systems for signal generation, order management, and position tracking, and maintained and improved the code base, tools, and infrastructure that supported the company. Nicholas also monitored risk and P&L and worked with the team to resolve any issues that arose. In 2021, they also worked as a Computer Engineer at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In 2020, they worked as a freelance Software Developer, programming and managing various software development contracts, developing platforms for web automation, and modeling and integrating various investment strategies. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at WKElectric as an Electrician, and from 2018 to 2021, they worked at UMass Dining, Auxiliary Enterprises as a Food Runner / Sushi Roller / Dishwasher, primarily communicating with the kitchen and lines to ensure a consistent supply of menu items. In 2022, they will begin working at HAP Capital as a Software Developer.
