Kwan-Sek Lim

Kwan-Sek Lim is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Group HR Director at Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad, Kwan-Sek has previously led People & Organisation initiatives in Management Consulting at PwC Malaysia and held the position of HR Director at Heineken Malaysia Berhad. Kwan-Sek also served as Chief HR Officer at AIA Malaysia and Head of Organisational Performance within Group HR at Sime Darby Berhad. Academically, Kwan-Sek holds a Master of Science in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Sociology from the University of Reading.
