Christian Unger

Christian Unger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data excellence, operations analytics, and corporate audit. Currently serving as Director of Data Excellence Inland & IoT and Director of Operations Analytics at Hapag-Lloyd AG since February 2009, Christian has also held various senior roles within the company, including Director of Corporate Audit and Senior IT Auditor. Prior to that, Christian worked as a Senior Consultant at Lufthansa Systems IS Consulting GmbH and was involved in IT strategy consulting at Lufthansa Consulting from 2006 to 2008. Early career experience includes a managerial role in IT at STOCKMEIER Group. Christian is currently pursuing an MBA in International Project and Process Management at the University of Salzburg Business School, building on foundational education from Verwaltungs und Wirtschaftsakademie Ostwestfalen Lippe.
