Damian Karpowicz

Damian Karpowicz is an experienced technology professional currently serving as a Team Leader and Architect at Hapag-Lloyd AG since August 2025. Prior to this role, Damian worked as a Senior Software Engineer at 7N from January 2022 to July 2025 and at EPAM Systems from June 2019 to December 2021. Starting as an Associate Software Engineer and progressing to a Software Engineer at Finastra from January 2017 to May 2019, Damian has developed a robust foundation in software engineering. Educational qualifications include a Magister inżynier degree in Informatyka from Gdańsk University of Technology and an Inżynier degree in robotyka i automatyka from Politechnika Gdańska.
