Dr. Ralf Huesmann

Dr. Ralf Huesmann has extensive experience in IT management at Hapag-Lloyd AG, starting from an IT Project Manager role from 1998 to 2007, progressing to a Senior Director position focused on global solution design and application development, and currently serving as Managing Director for IT - Commercial Products since 2008. In these roles, Dr. Huesmann has led numerous global IT projects, overseen the development of the company's core systems, and managed a substantial portfolio involving over 100 projects annually. Dr. Huesmann holds a doctoral degree in Physics with a specialization in Quantum Optics and Laser Physics from the University of Hamburg.
