Prasangika Chandamali has over 18 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry, currently serving as Supervisor Global Account Management for the Middle East at Hapag-Lloyd AG since February 2012. In this role, Prasangika oversees the support of sales executives, manages rate agreements, and provides administrative assistance. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Coordinator Sales Steering and Sales Support Executive at Hapag-Lloyd, as well as Sales & Customer Service Executive at Inchcape Shipping Services. Prasangika began the career as Sales & Customer Service Supervisor at MISC Berhad, leading a team to enhance customer service and sales performance.
