Tamme Bohlen

Tamme Bohlen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Tamme started their career at Hapag-Lloyd AG in 2009 as a Trainee and later worked as an IT System Analyst. Tamme then founded B-Logistics GmbH, focusing on Expatriate Management for global companies. At Hapag-Lloyd, they served as a Scrum Master for the mobile App development team and later worked as an IT Project Manager. Tamme also led the IT Customer Relationship Management team and currently serves as the Team Lead for IT Niche Products Development. Tamme has also worked as a UN Expert at the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe and as the Chairman of the Web Service API Work Group at SMDG - Ship Message Design Group.

Tamme Bohlen completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Leadership and Supply Chain Management from Kuehne Logistics University, from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economic Computer Science from Fachhochschule Nordakademie Elmshorn, during the years 2009 to 2013. Additionally, Tamme obtained a Scrum Master (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in March 2017. They also achieved a LCCI Level 4 Spoken English for Industry and Commerce certification in 2011 from LCCI International Qualifications.
