Tim Dekarz

Tim Dekarz is an experienced cloud architect with a strong background in software development and cloud technologies. Currently serving as a Senior Expert Cloud Platform Architect at Hapag-Lloyd AG, Tim leads the design and optimization of the FIS Cloud Platform architecture. Previous roles at Hapag-Lloyd included Cloud Platform Architect and Public Cloud Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed AWS architecture design, mentoring, and innovation presentations. Tim's career began at Generali Deutschland AG as a Software Developer and a dual student at Nordakademie, leading to a Bachelor's in Business Informatics. Tim is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science and Business Management at Fachhochschule Nordakademie Elmshorn.
