Rajan Kanwat has over 13 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in software testing and project management. Rajan currently holds the positions of CSM® and SAFe® Scrum Master, showcasing their expertise in agile methodologies. Rajan's most recent role was as a Product Test Manager at OneFitStop, where they are responsible for overseeing the testing process. Prior to that, they served as the Manager Operations/Staffing at h3 Technologies, LLC, where they excelled in meeting delivery targets and maintaining client relationships. Rajan also gained valuable experience at Tech Mahindra as a Test Lead/PM and Technical Associate, focusing on test management and quality assurance. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer QC at R Systems and a QA Test Engineer at iEnergizer. With a strong background in testing and project management, Rajan possesses a comprehensive skill set and a proven track record of success in the industry.

Rajan Kanwat CSM®, SAFe®Scrum Master, ITIL 4 obtained an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from Jitesh Vlog, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in June 2019 and as a Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2019.
